I find deep purpose in nourishing the people around me with meals that are meaningful, intentional, and delicious.
My work has always centered around land, ingredients, and the people who tend them. As an organic vegetable farmer, gardener, and winemaker, I learned to see food not just as something we cook—but as something we steward. I have a deep respect for place, seasonality, and the systems that sustain us. Responsible sourcing isn’t a trend for me; it’s a non-negotiable way of life.
Today, as a personal chef, I bring that same ethos into every meal I create. I focus on organic, hyper-seasonal ingredients and let them guide the menu. Much of the produce is grown in my own garden and sourced from fellow producers. You can expect bright, fresh, creative dishes that reflect the landscape and the moment—food that feels good, tastes vibrant, and honors where it comes from.
My love for the outdoors shapes everything I do. I believe that when we stay connected to the land around us, we eat better, we feel better, and we make choices that support our communities and our environment.
